SOLAS Eco Education

SOLAS Eco Education centre is based on a 9-acre site of what was once Ireland's largest steel fabricator. It is hub for Commerce, Education, Food, Plants and Events in Ireland's Greenest campus which employs over 100 people. Owner and Educator David Maher is a serial entrepreneur having founded a number of multi-million Euro companies over the past 2 decades. Our Objective To inform and motivate Students to gain experience and choose the correct career. The 4 cornerstones or our approach to education is a love of "Education, Food, Environment and Business". We offer 3 hour and full day courses and include lunch. All accompanying Teachers eat à la carte We have capacity to handle up to 120 students in a single seating with 4 separate educational rooms and a full service production kitchen and cafe.
