Bring your class on a visit to the National Famine Museum | Strokestown Park to discover and examine the past. Our school tours are age-appropriate and designed to support the primary and secondary school curriculum. In addition to visiting the award-winning National Famine Museum, your class can step back in time inside Strokestown Park House, and marvel at the original playroom and toys from over 100 years ago. The school room where the younger children in the house were privately taught offers todays children a unique glimpse into life in the big house in past times. Open all year round for school tours.
