Galway City Museum

School groups are welcome to visit the Galway City Museum. Plan your visit now to see our two brand new exhibitions. On the first floor you can experience Keepers of the Gael, an interactive exhibition all about culture and society in Gaelic Ireland between AD1200 and 1600. And on the top floor a pictorial exhibition, A Triumph of Unconscious Beauty which depicts life in the Claddagh, Galway between the 1820s and 1930s.
