Derrynane House

Derrynane House is the ancestral home of Daniel O'Connell, lawyer, politician and statesman. Situated on 120 hectares of parklands on the scenic Kerry coast, the House displays many relics of O'Connell s life and career. The House offers tours for children of primary and secondary schools and counts with universal access for visitors with disabilities. As this site is managed by the OPW, guided school tour visits are facilitated free of charge provided certain conditions are met.
